Abba Tribute Show Abalicious

Abalicious provide a whole evenings entertainment from start to finish you wont need to book a DJ as they provide music in the breaks and can even add an additional 70s show!  This Abba tribute show have played at many prestigious venues across the UK and abroad including: The Hilton, Ramada, Festivals and cooperate events. 
Abalicious are both great Abba tribute lookalikes and soundalikes and will give your audience a night to remember.

Meet the Abba tribute band members Abalicious:-
 

	Carla: (Plays "Agnetha false clogs" and Frida) Carla has loved performing since she was 5! She attended stage school and started to work with touring bands and showbands from a young age. She has enjoyed recording her own original music and co writing.  One of her favorites:”its alright” can be heard in our demos. Carla is  one of the finalists of Popidol and  had the pleasure of working alongside Will Young, Darius, Rik Waller, Simon Cowell, Nikki Chapman, Neil foxx and Pete Waterman to name a few. From this stemmed lots more television and newspaper work and a charity xmas  single “eres your xmas” Favourite Abba song: “The day before you came” and “Name of the game”
	Louise (plays "Frida Longer stockings") Louise started performing in amateur dramatic societies before joining a covers band for 3 years. Louise toured with names bands and then joined “Abalicious the show” and hasn’t looked back since! She has embellished most of the bands costumes with authentic touches and is a true Abba fan. Louise’s vocals are outstandingly high and we challenge her sometimes to sing Phantom of the opera!!!   Favourite Abba song: “The piper” and “lay all your love on me”
	Perry (plays “Bjorn obey us”) Perry began his career in music and performing arts working with glam rock 70s bands! He has played guitar since a young age. As a session guitarist for many years Perry has many credits to his name. Perry has worked with many well known tribute shows. Perry loves Salsa and designing guitars! Favourite Abba songs: “Eagle” (because he gets a very long solo in there!!) “Take a Chance on me”.
	Alan: (plays Benny undertone) Alan is a long established and popular musician and we welcomed him on board last year! Abalicious are truly blessed to have Alan on board. He arranged and wrote some of the songs on the shades album for George Williams (The Tymes) One of which that’s what friends should be is currently attracting a lot of attention in the states! Favourite Abba songs: “Mamma mia” and “sos”
	Brad shure grooves (Sound and lighting technician) Since finishing an HND in music technology Brad has gone on to produce his own music and work in recording studios. He is a performing DJ and also works as a technician and programmer. Brad programmes lighting for some BIIIIGGGG bands! and is a perfectionist! A true backbone of Abalicious. Favorite Abba songs: “Super trooper” and “knowing me knowing you”
	Steve The bass Steve plays for many named bands he’s in great demand in the U.K and abroad. He has toured with Louise aka Frida in a named band before and loves performing live. He loves to crocodile wrestle and upside down blindfold aviation (er we don’t think so steve!) Favorite Abba songs: “Does your mother know” and “Summer night city”.
	Jamie: (Plays Meatballs drums) James as been touring with rock bands since he was 15!!!!! he is Mr. rock and roll!! He makes custom made drum sticks and throws a few into the audience sometimes! He is a keen snowboarder and surfer! Favorite Abba songs: “Fernando” and “Chiquitita” Mamma mia !!!These are just a few of our team and crew.... But they are all super troopers who make Abalicious special x

"If we good tribute artists are defined by combining a feel for their chosen subject with a lookalike quality then Abalicious are bound to succeed in the tribute market. This genre is saturated in mediocrity and some would say that it is finally reaching its Waterloo. Happily, Abalicious were a big hit and surely have to be pretty near the top of the tribute tree."
